Quick and decisive intervention is effective in facilitating a speedy recovery. Our QuickSMART service involves a Workplace Case Conference, Medical Case Conference, required assessments and development of appropriate plans [including strategic plans].
We aim to have our qualified and experienced Rehabilitation Consultants conduct workplace case conference within 3 days and have assessments complete within one week of referral.

2. Same Employer Workplace Rehabilitation Services
The first priority is to have Injured Workers return to their normal jobs. ESTEEM consultants are highly experienced allied health professionals with extensive experience in workplace rehabilitation services.
We are very experienced in implementing appropriate injury management processes and systems to ensure appropriate return to work outcomes are achieved, regardless of business type and size.
Our focus is on early intervention and proactive injury management, involving key stakeholders, and this is the approach we drive through our rehabilitation service provision. Return to work [Different Employer] services include case management, performing required assessments, and providing jobseeking assistance [including resume development; and provision of education and assistance regarding interviewing skill and injury disclosure].

From time to time, it is useful having cases independently reviewed. The purpose of such reviews is to determine whether any adjustments need to be made to the injury management and return to work strategy; and to review costs [useful for Employers from a Premium management strategy perspective].
