ESTEEM PEOPLE MANAGEMENT shall maintain Confidentiality in dealings with Customers and Clients 


ESTEEM PEOPLE MANAGEMENT shall abide by the following Acts and Regulations in all business dealings:

  • The Federal Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
  • The Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW)
  • The Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW)
  • The Workplace Surveillance Act

We apply National Privacy Principles to the handling, collection, use, storage and disclosure of all Client information. These Privacy Principles include:



In the course of our dealings with you we may directly or indirectly collect sensitive or personal information about our Clients, businesses we deal with or their Employees for the purposes of service delivery. Wherever necessary we will seek consent to handle and disclose this information. If we are unable to collect this information we may be unable to collect the required information and undertake service delivery to the required standard. There may be instances where information may be disclosed without provision of permission to do so, such as:

  • Where we reasonably believe that the use or disclosure is necessary to lessen or prevent a serious, immediate threat to a person's health or safety or that of the public
  • Where we reasonably suspect that unlawful activity has occurred, is currently or could potentially occur and the use or disclosure is a necessary part of our investigation or to report hte matter to the relevant authorities
  • Where such use or disclosure is deemed necessary or authorised by law (for example, to comply with a subpoena, a warrant or other order of a court or legal process)
  • Where we reasonably believe that the use or disclosure is reasonably necessary for prevention, investigation, prosecution and punishment of crimes or wrongdoings or the preparation for, conduct of, proceedings before any court or tribunal or the implementation of the orders of a court or tribunal by or on behalf of an enforcement body

We may also collect anonymous information which assists with planning and implementing service delivery, for example information about visitors to our website.
