In the course of our dealings with you we may directly or indirectly collect
sensitive or personal information about our Clients, businesses we deal with or
their Employees for the purposes of service delivery. Wherever necessary we will
seek consent to handle and disclose this information. If we are unable to
collect this information we may be unable to collect the required information
and undertake service delivery to the required standard. There may be instances
where information may be disclosed without provision of permission to do so,

for prevention, investigation, prosecution and punishment of crimes or
wrongdoings or the preparation for, conduct of, proceedings before any court or
tribunal or the implementation of the orders of a court or tribunal by or on
