ESTEEM PEOPLE MANAGEMENT has been established by myself, Lucinda Smith, out of experience fast approaching ten years working in OHS, Workers’ Compensation, Rehabilitation, Injury Management, and Human Resources. This experience has been gained within and consulting to business across the Private and Government sectors and a wide range of industries.

The diversity in my skills and experience means I am able to guide the business to provide a 'one-stop shop' for all things safety and people management. My Clients have found this to be highly valuable and an efficient and cost-effective way of accessing independent, high quality and high value professional advice; regardless of whether they have two employees or are a large Multinational Corporation.
