ESTEEM PEOPLE MANAGEMENT has been established by myself, Lucinda Smith, out of experience fast approaching ten years working in OHS, Workers’ Compensation, Rehabilitation, Injury Management, and Human Resources. This experience has been gained within and consulting to business across the Private and Government sectors and a wide range of industries.

The diversity in my skills and experience means I am able to guide the business to provide a 'one-stop shop' for all things safety and people management.
